Here's Johnny:

From the age of 15, I was always interested in computers and how they function due to their complexity. I turned a dream of mine, working on computers, into a reality when I joined the Army as a Signal Support Specialist at the age of 20. In the military, I gained valuable training in N+, A+, and Security+ as well as tearing down computers to their basic components. I took my training and applied it to the real world when I applied to work as a Desktop Technician for the 2020 Census Bureau. During my time there, I would work with computers hands-on as well as assist the call center reps with everyday issues. Shortly after, I would apply to be a PC Technician to work with more complex issues, both internal and software. During the 2020 Pandemic, I wanted to help others with their computer problems, and that is when I opened my shop to the public. I strive to give customers respect, patience, and satisfaction while working with their equipment. Give me a chance and let me show you the experience and expertise I've gained throughout the years.
